According to this month's Bird Watching magazine there was a first ever Red Kite at Pennington Flash on 21st January. I don't remember this being posted, or did i miss it?

Popped in on the way back from pennington, large finch flock siskin redpoll goldfinch, 2 larger redpoll seen briefly, but then kept away from view,40+ teal on water.
