Popped in on the way back from pennington, large finch flock siskin redpoll goldfinch, 2 larger redpoll seen briefly, but then kept away from view,40+ teal on water.

I am very interested in becoming a bird ringer. Have been for years but always thinking of some excuse not pursue it more.
Are there any opportunities locally(ish) to train to become a ringer, I live in Little Lever, Bolton.
