I cant see why there is a Pink Footed Geese sighting thread,thousands are arriving,Does it matter if you see groups of 10,50 or Hundreds or what Direction they are flying in. Surely its the count at their final destination that counts,to see if there is an increase or decrease of visiting numbers

I have been offered this site as a part of the wider butterfly count initiative. On the map it looks totally inaccessible bounded, as it is, by two railway lines and the M60. It's on a steep hill and there are no access paths at all. I'm intrigued! Has anyone ever been to this site? SJ9094
