We are pleased to announce that, in line with Government guidelines on the re-opening of non-essential retail (although to us birders some would say we are essential ), the Focalpoint Showroom will once again be open for customers to visit on 12th April, next Monday!!

We are continuing to operate strict COVID protocols of sanitising the premises, all surfaces and all test equipment between customers. All staff will be wearing PPE and customers are requested to wear a mask when inside the shop. We are continuing to operate an appointment only service to ensure a minimum numer of customers are present at any time to reduce the risks of transmission of the virus. Customers will, once again, be encouraged to try out and test a variety of optics to assist them in making the right choice.

Our opening hours will be, as usual, 10am-5pm from Monday until Saturday each week, with the premises closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Please call to book your appointment or go on-line to do it and check times that are available. The advantage of ringing is that you can check the stock for items that you wish to look at. We are experiencing some difficulties in stock levels due to problems with import due to Brexit, especially with Leica, Zeiss and Swarovski from Europe. Most of our Chinese and Japanese stock are available without any problems.

We are really happy to welcome all customers, new and old, back to the shop and look forward to seeing you all in the near future and hopefully this time without further Lockdowns (everything crossed!!).
