From 0.01am on Dec 31st Cheshire goes into Tier 4 COVID restriction and as such Focalpoint will not be allowed to re-open as planned on Jan 4th 2021. As a non-essential business (try telling birders that we aren't essential ) we cannot open but remain available for mail order. The phone will be manned too during our normal working hours Mon-Sat, 10am-5pm. Any calls will go through to Yvonne as I am to be furloughed again.

We are hopeful that we can provide a click and collect service for web orders or ring and pay and then collect withouit entering the showroom. We are currently looking into whether this is within the Government guidelines and will make an announcement when we are sure of the regulations.

Remember too that coming to bird in Cheshire from outside the county is against the Tier 4 rules too.
