West of GM in Warrington, going from around 2018 seeing birds a few times a year (typically around Victoria Park, Walton Hall, Appleton Reservoirs) I am now seeing birds weekly in North Appleton (13 being the highest single group in an Orchard) / along the Bridgewater Canal to Lymm, Walton Hall Gardens and there were even groups down at Moore Nature reserve for a couple of weeks in Spring.

Dane Bank, Denton. Nipped round to my brothers with Lucas early evening and 10 Parakeets came flying over the car as I was nearing his house. He made me laugh when he opened the door, he said .. aww youve just missed my 10 Parakeets on the feeders.
Four Rose-ringed Parakeets in the dip at Elton Reservoir this morning. Seem to have been around for a few days this week. Up until now we only had the occasional one fly through. Not always easy to locate in the trees, but managed a record shot of one of them.

Further to my Boggart Hole Clough post below, just seen 2, either side of the river between the lake and the flats. Not together, just sat preening and snoozing.
One visited our Marple garden this morning. Spend a few minutes in the cherry tree picking off the blossom one by one. The tried our squirrel-proof feeder but it was too heavy for that. (it is one where anything too heavy will close the shutters. Remarkably effective against squirrels. Blackbirds can use it but apparently this parrot is quite a bit heavier.) Tried for a a minute to get in and then flew off towards Marple Hall. Not sure whether to be sad or happy.
A pair were inspecting the Telecoms tower on Romiley station car park at length this afternoon, so if the Internet goes down tonight, I'll know what's to blame.
3 Parakeets on the garden feeders this am,first ones in the garden, had only 2 previous records of flyovers, but never actually had them feeding in the garden.
