9am this morning Hobby on Reddish Lane, Lymm. Hanging around wooded area close to the farmers sign ("Keep dogs on lead" in green paint!) . Also Wheatear in the ploughed field
Whats the largest number of Magpies spotted at any one time in the county? At the back of our offices I have just counted 16 , I know there normally in pairs but it seems quite a large number.
This a.m. at around 9.50 just after junction 6 heading away from Manchester saw a RED KITE sat on a telegraph pole at side of Motorway. I'm pretty certain we were still in Manchester although I know the boundary is close to here. Fantastic surprise and a Manchester 1st for me
Cheers Ian
Just noticed the results and realised i'd not entered this month, sorry Ian.
What with hollidays and stuff, completely forgot.
Of course i would have got them right
Cheers Dean.
Pleasant walk around early evening held 3 Spotted Flycatchers, 1 Redstart and at least 30 Goldcrest. The spot flys and restart were moving around and were mobile.
