Apparently there is now a waiting list for permits for the above.Presumably because of access problems to the site permit numbers are being limited by United Utilities.If you already hold a permit but do not use it very often I would ask that you might consider not to renew your permit to give others who might want to visit regulary a chance to obtain a permit.The only access to the site is through two locked gates,which are on private land(through a back garden of a private house),this is why a permit and keys for the gates are needed,another key is also required to gain access to the hide.
