Another Leach's Petrel was found at Audenshaw Reservoirs today. I don't have much else in the way of details other than it seems no sooner was it found (by Tony Coatsworth I think (????), you out there Tony?), then it was typically, chased off by Black-headed Gulls and never seen again! Unlikely (in my view anyway) to be yesterdays Heaton Park bird, which was particularly worn and 'moth eaten' on the trailing edge of the wings (secondaries especially). Info thanks to Sonia Adderley, who missed it by 10 minutes, which was better than the 3 minutes she missed yesterdays bird by..............sorry Sonia
