Depends on the route but the original route went through Amberswood and Low Hall

And then there's the future issue of yet more housing near the wonderful new road ...

 About 1985 that was first on the cards running from wigan to north leigh and Atherton 

Following the old coal lines . Roads and houses seem priority these days  nothing but 

Building sites all round Warrington.
