Lancashire Wildlife Recorders' Conference

The Lancashire Wildlife Recorder's Conference takes place at Blackburn College on Saturday 7th December 10:00 - 17:00 hrs and is billed as:

A chance to find out what is happening across Lancashire from people and groups who monitor, record and conserve birds, plants, mammals, insects, fungi and other wildlife. There will be talks, workshops and displays and plenty of opportunities to meet and talk to others.

Recorders of taxonomic groups other than birds will know that the South Lancashire vice-county (vc 59) includes the following GM boroughs:
All of Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Salford and Wigan
Parts of Manchester, Oldham, Tameside, Trafford and Stockport (north of the River Mersey and west of the River Tame.)
