Thanks Mike. I was surprised it was so far south, but was heading back towards Scotland.
I managed an afternoon at Newbiggin (my first visit) whilst visiting relatives in Morpeth and enjoyed seeing the activity from Church Point.
It was lovely to see so many adult and juvenile Gannets moving up the coast, along with Fulmar, Kittiwakes and Sandwich Terns.
I also saw a smaller number of Guillemot and Razorbills.
When going through my photos I noticed what I think may be a Red Throated Diver, please can anyone confirm or correct me?
