The proposed development is South of Greenfold Way (the access road to Hope Carr), and West of the existing industrial park (including Screwfix), down to the river & West right up to the nature reserve boundary & UU.
My main concern would be the ever-increasing encroachment on wild habitat & the relentless closing of the gap between Manchester, Warrington & Liverpool, esp with the other proposed development between Lane Head & Atherleigh Way
