My household has signed this to add to the Bury birders!

Might be worth mentioning it to others when out as not everyone reads these discussion threads! (I'm guilty of it)

With an increase in raptor persecution crimes in 2015, with mass culling of Mountain Hares and with another Hen Harrier found dead today from suspected gunshot wounds in the Cairngorms I hope as many of you as possible will sign Mark Averys third attempt to get driven Grouse shooting banned, please get as many members of your family and friends to sign, just click on the link

Just as a side can I ask all the Wigan birders to get their fingers out on this one as even the leythers have cast more votes than us, well done to Chorley 16 votes so far from them with Bolton west coming next locally with 12 votes at the time of writing and then Rochdale with 9
