My partner thought she saw a partially leucistic blackbird n the Church garden last year which I dismissed as a bird potentially covered in poo! But she was right, there is a partially leucistic blackbird seemingly living in the garden of Chorlton Methodist Church which is situated on the small Manchester Road between Wilbraham Road and Edge Lane. It was very flighty this morning around 8:00am chasing another blackbird around and no sign this afternoon around 12:00 but an interesting bird to keep an eye out for.
