Stuart i'm one of the many that did read your post, but my IT skills are very basic and i could offer no help, my children or grandchildren tend to do any troubleshooting for me, if you've not got it sorted try to get a trustworthy teenager to help you.
Check in case your not entering any capital letters especially on the password. Some devices will automatically do this, other then this I'm afraid I wouldn't know as technology scares me....

Does anybody know why i can't log on to the site on my mobile phone. When i try to enter my username and password, it tells me they are invalid even though i can log on to my pc with no problem.
