RE: Something Big over Wythenshawe

This was the nearest place I could find. On Sunday I watched a pair of peregrines heading towards old Trafford ground at 19:07 making a lot of noise. I was stood in the field of oz and they flew right over giving great views just a shame I didn't have my camera with me. I was wondering if anyone else had seen them

Doing my calculations by flightradar, watching aircrart take off past my house, they are usually at 3000 ft
when they get to Cheadle Hulme,So looking again,I would say this Bird was a bit higher than 3000ft.
Hard to work out unless your up there with them

Wish I was more updated about Birds of Prey, this morning,I watched a very Big Bird, flying from Altrincham direction towards Styal.it was at about
5,000 feet flying in a straight line, being mobbed by what I guess was a Lesser Blacked Back Gull,The Bird of Prey took no notice of the Gull.
The Gull looked very small compared to this Bird, which was much bigger than a Buzzard.
Ive looked at Birding reports all day hoping to find someone else that may had seen it,but nothing.
Any suggestions ?

5000ft? Maybe an A380 Airbus!
