Useful visit to Focalpoint, compared the Terras with Opticron Veranos and Kowa XD 8x 33s. The Kowas were just too small in the hands, and I really couldn't see any difference between the Terras and Veranos, despite £100 difference, so bought the Terras again. V happy w the excellent service from FP again Mike
If no-one is Mike then recommend looking at the Kowa BD XDs when you come out, they have the Prominar Glass and are in your price bracket. Also if you do pop out I can do an insurance letter so you can claim, they can ring me etc and we have nearly 100% success with this route to getting money back for you
