Crossbow Bolts

I totally agree with your comments but we must remember it is the idiots not the items they use that are the problem. The legal stance on crossbows and bows is that the owner must be 18 or over and no license is required, no hunting whatsoever is permitted. This website gives all the information required on the law etc http://outdoorhobbies.co.uk/crossbows---over-120-models-1-c.asp and I believe they mark their bolts so information can be passed to the police if they are used in incidents against animals.

Reading sightings of Mallards at Chorlton Water Park having Bolts through their neck
My question is are Crossbow Bolts sold cheap,I thought they would be expensive to buy.
as when fired, they most probably dont get the back, and dont you need a licence to buy them.
as long as Idiots are allowed to buy them, this action will continue
