Thanks for drawing attention to this youtube clip, I didn't know about it but am so glad I've now watched it. Not entirely sure how to describe it, but it's something that everyone must surely watch. Echo Craig's comment too. Surely worth a few minutes of your time, certainly was for me!
I saw that video a few months ago when they launched the report. Every politician and councillor should be made to sit and watch it. Several times if necessary.
