We've had a lot of bad news recently esp. regarding buzzards and general declines of all wildlife, so (out of character for a pessimistic person like me) here's some good news which might slightly offset the bad news we're getting!
Searchers using everyclick (see below for how to use this website) including myself, have raised £11,895.92 for the RSPB at this point in time. Getting towards 12 grand is great, as this money will end up helping our wildlife.
If you are not already on everyclick, it is just as good as google and every time you search something, you will raise just a small amount for the RSPB (see link below). No need to sign up, but if you do, you can see how much you yourself have raised. If you aren't using it yet I urge you to do so as it is free for you and is an easy way to help wildlife!
Glad to hear it Henry. Note that you need to sign up to see how much you've raised but not to raise money itself...then you just need to search. If you shop online further info can be found on the everyclick website about how they donate to charities if you shop with them.
As for your links, brilliant. I'll use them from now on. Perhaps you could start a new thread with them so they are seen regularly by other forum members.
If anyone has other ideas please post them to help wildlife across the globe.
Thanks for sharing this idea Tanmay. I've signed up.
If you, or anyone else, are looking for more free ways to help nature conservation here are a couple of links which when visited daily and the free give buttons are clicked this raises money for the World Land Trust and other bodies to purchase land in threatened areas:
There is a great way to raise funds for the RSPB and other wildlife charities. It is a search engine called everyclick which donates half of its earnings to chosen charities. It works just as well as google. Hyperlink below; you can save it as your homepage from this link.
http://www.everyclick.com/rspb
You can track your giving by signing up; alternatively just use it as your homepage and search using it instead of google or another search engine. As I said, it is free for you, safe and useful.
Never seen an easier way to help our wildlife a bit. Nearly £11,000 already raised for the RSPB.
I hope you find this useful and use it to fund conservation. Let me know how you find it or if you have any Qs.
Best w Tanmay
