Waterproof over-trousers - which I think will get used a great deal this winter!

Had been hoping for some garden Redpoll or Waxwing but the best bird that turned upwas a Coal Tit.

Having to make do with a bottle of 12 year old Glenfiddich Malt. Plus a Norfolk Birding Calender by Richard Brooks.
My Daughter bought me the Calender (after Mr Brooks had failed to sell me one in a Holme Marsh Hide.)
Also my butcher has got me a Gressingham Duck for New Year, which he assures me is the finest flavour. He claims it is a cross between a Mallard and a Peking Duck!

Some waxwings locally in Hazel Grove.

I got it a few months ago. I hope you like DVD's with a happy ending? You have to watch it beyond the 'official' ending to find out what happens. Oooops, I hope I haven't spoiled it for you?

Ha Phil just pre-ordered my Man Utd Champions 2013 DVD in advance
Led Zeppelin is a good shout, one of the greatest, legendary and influential bands of all time.

Hopefully next year it'll be a scope or camera for me

Watching a veritable blizzard of 218 Mediterranean Gulls and a flock of 8000 Lapwing this morning (in the UK but not GM admittedly!)...
