Without being to precise with the location (Somewhere in the green belt area between Boarshaw and Oldham) Three Roe deer just as it was going dark. Was down wind from them so got to watch them for a while. Looked like a female and two large young. Not seen any for ages so was good to see them .
Looking through my livingroom window at 3am this morning I saw a red fox walking down Boarshaw Road. It stopped outside the gate looked at me for few moments and then suantered on.
Always gives me a great feeling when I see a fox.
