RE: Carr Green

As I was passing through the area decided to stop between showers for a bit of a look around my old BBS area.  Plenty of Corvids feeding on the ground and a big group of Linnets and Chaffinches flitting about. As expected several Yellowhammers were also seen in the hedgerows.

Had a walk around my BBS square (SJ7188) this morning in order to familiarise myself with the route. Wish that I had put my thermal gear on disbelief.gif

Of note I found 10 Yellowhammers including 4 singing males.
