Ravens appear to be losing their fear of humans in the UK. In North America it appears very easy to get close to them in some areas whilst in the UK they keep their distance unless nesting and then they wont wander far away.
A juvenile raven was hopping around the grounds of partnership house, Rochdale today. It seemed quite un-fazed by the the people coming and going from the building.
its easy to forget just how big ravens are until you see them at close quarters.
