Loads of building work today, such a shame was hoping to get some good birding inevileye.gif

Mute swans and Redshank did not seem to be bothered by the work,

Keep Birding

RE: brockholes preston

Yes I had been told about this Hobby and its preferred perch of an M6 lamp, nevertheless I nearly crashed the car when I joined the motorway yesterday and saw it! Brilliant.

Brockholes is coming on in leaps and bounds now and should be officially opened as a LWT Reserve next Easter - just in time for the Whimbrel roost. Cant wait.
