This is at Langland Rd, Barton where there is a longstanding oil leak from the Trafford Centre side - there have been many incidents over the years of oiled swans. The RSPCA have it in hand - one of their ACOs rang me the other day. At that time they couldn't see any swans nearby. I advised them to report it to the EA who should make the large firm who own the land nearby sort it - it's about time. It's been going on for at least 7 years to my knowledge.
