Yesterday, 38 Snipe came in high from the north then went west. Also, two Willow Tits feeding together in Elderberries mid-morning.

approx 30 redwing, 5 mistlethrush, 11 blackbird, flock of 18 house sparrow, small numbers great, blue and long tailed tit, 4 goldfinch.

morning dog walk
good numbers of redwing around site i would estimate i saw approx 90 in all, at least 4 fieldfare( first iv'e seen this Autumn) mixed in with one flock of c30 redwing, at least 12 blackbirds also mixed in with redwing flocks, collared dove, starling, house sparrow, chaffinch, blue tit and great tit all close to feeders in back gardens of houses,

morning dog walk
good numbers of wood pigeon in excess of 100 flocks of c65 and 20 with quite a few smaller flocks, 40+ redwing, 11 blackbird, 2 mistle thrush all feeding on hawthorns at various different places, robin,great tit, blue tit, chaffinch, 1 great spotted woodpecker, 2 jackdaw, jay, magpie, carrion crow, starling and house sparrow nr houses,

quick mooch as part of morning dog walk,
6 siskin, a mixed flock of c20 house sparrow and 9 chaffinch flew from direction of houses and were joined by 2 linnet and 5 redpoll i think they were panicked by a predator ie sparrowhawk or cat but didn't see any, 30+ goldfinch,6 jackdaw. 7 long tailed tit.

1 great spotted woodpecker, mixed flock of 40+ birds mainly goldfinch and chaffinch but did see at least 2 redpoll amongst them, flock of 30+ wood pigeon passing through.
