A couple of weeks ago someone asked me if an immature Cormorant on Horrock's Flash was a penguin. I was tempted to say yes and see if any twitchers turned up wink.gif

No doubt, but why not have something more exotic than a penguin if it is fantasy.

Sorry - its very sad I know, being bothered by trivial little things like this, but I need some distractions.

It was probably a beach in the southern hemisphere! The media recently filmed a commerical involving marathon runners for UK television in Wellington and wanted extra to be the runners.

The one with the kids on the beach. Anyone know where it was filmed. If there's Penguins there I wanna twitch em.

Seriously - why oh why oh why have they put two penguins in an advert based on a UK beach frustrated.gif (awaits someone coming on and telling me about the well known chinstrap penguin colony on some remote pembrokshire beach that I know nothing about confuse.gif).
