Hi Karen , crowden is part of my patch , spring is an excellant time to go there , we have peregrines nesting every year , if you and yours ever want a tour , i can show you some great birds

We crossed the border into Derbyshire today.
3 male Ring Ouzels on hillside behind youth hostel
2 Swallows through
4+ Willow Warblers
We may have seen more if we'd have climbed higher up the valley, but we decided to retrace our steps and go to Pennington.
