Pr Great Crested Grebe feeding 2 well grown young on Lower Lake

Kingfisher around the island on the upper lake this morning
Great Crested Grebes nesting on the lower lake and possibly on the upper
Whitethroat singing just outside the south end of the park

2 Water Rails at the feeding station this morning, one of which was showing ridiculously well at close range in front of the screen. Very photogenic and is regular there apparently, also male Brambling

Wed 13th: A Green Sandpiper calling over the south end of the park, late morning. I was at work, inspecting land at nearby Greenslate Farm, so didn't have opportunity to follow it up, but it seemed to be flying off west
