17th April.

At the lake:- 1 Common Sandpiper was a nice surprise smile.gif, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 Cormorant.

In surrounding woodlands:- 4 singing Willow Warblers, 2 singing Chiffchaff, 1 Lesser Redpoll & at least 2 Nuthatch.

7th February.

On the Boating Lake - 2 Mute Swan, 3 Cormorants, 4 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Tufted Duck + double figures of both Coot and Moorhen.

On a small overgrown pond in an adjacent area of woodland - a pair of Teal.

In surrounding woodlands - flocks of 8 and c30 Siskin, 4 Goldcrest (2 of which were in song), 1 singing Song Thrush, a calling Nuthatch and c60 Jackdaw.
