- 2 over Mums garden, Dane Bank

- 1 over Mums garden early doors
- 2 over Barlow Rd, Leverhulme
- 1 over Mount Road, Belle Vue
- 2 over Reddish Bridge, Debdale Pk

Mon 17th
- 3 singles over Reddish works yard am
- 2 over Longford Rd, Reddish
- 3 flying around Greenbank Park, Levenshulme, pm

Tues 18th
- 2 over A6 Levenshulme early am
- 2 over Reddish works yard am

Thurs 20th
- 2 over Windmill Pub in Dane Bank early am

Sat 25th May
- 2 again in trees just beyond Mums Dane Bank garden am.
- group of 3 then 2 singles over Barlow Rd, Levenshulme late am.
- nothing seen for a couple of hours whilst United battered City but at least 3 singles heard over Michelles house, Levenshulme.

- 1 over ASDA Longsight at lunchtime

Slightly late with these, but in the last month or so evidence to suggest their range is expanding Northwards. I've seen 3 in Middleton at Limefield Playing Fields and one flying over the Nuttall Lane area of Ramsbottom.

- Group of 12 over Reddish Lane near small ASDA Tuesday morning

- Group of 7 over Windmill pub in Dane Bank Tuesday afternoon

- Group of 5 over Reddish works yard on Thursday morning

- 15 minimum in my brothers garden on Saturday afternoon, 7 on the feeders with at least 8 in the nearby tree waiting their turn

5 Parakeets seen in Kersal Dale today opposite the river Irwell in Salford. At dusk I saw 23 parakeets in trees opposite Salford uni on the bend of the River Irwell. Never seen so many here before.

There have been a few flying over the gardens in area where Mottram Old Road turns into Stocks Lane in Stalybridge through December. I saw 6 fly over a couple of weeks ago and have heard them / briefly glimpsed birds 3 or 4 times since.

Urmston/Stretford this afternoon: 3 at Cob Kiln Wood; 4 at Kickety Brook LNR including a pair checking out the new holes provided by recent storms; 6 flying in to roost at Stretford Meadows.

A flock of 19-20 flew just a few meters above my head as I stood on Hilltop, Romiley at 3:30 pm. I watched them into the distance where they appeared to drop down into the Bredbury Industrial estate. Maybe a roost there?

Yesterday afternoon two flew low NW over Green Avenue, Astley.

At 11:30 today a very noisy four were in trees by Sale Sharks Training Ground off Carrington Lane, Carrington.

A flock of 32 very vocal Ring-necked Parakeets over Liverpool Street Salford this morning near the Arnold Clark garage. It is the largest flock that I have seen in this area.

Flock of 16 flying E to W just South of Hulme Garden Centre at 7.55am. Followed by a loose group of around 25 at 8.00am.
2 flew across the Garden Centre SW to NE at 8.15am, first time Ive seen that route.
