Same one seen almost everyday with a routine of squawking for a few hours in the morning from Hall House woods Leigh, before flying off late morning towards Butts Bridge then returning late afternoon to the woods flying barely higher than head height over my garden & totally ignoring the feeders.

- flock of 6 then 7 over Greenbank playing fields, Levenshulme, towards Fallowfield early evening.

Fri 22nd July
- 6 then 2 singles over Greenbank Park, Levenshulme towards Fallowfield, early evening.

Sat 23rd July
- minimum 4 knocking around Reddish Vale visitor centre and the woods at lunchtime

22/7/2022 - Probably the same one seen in the past week & must have survived the Peregrine scare, seen & calling out of Hall House woods Leigh this morning doing a zig-zag flight path as it left the woods - will get a pic of it one day!

Another over the garden at tea time with same flight path, call & same destination as on Sunday - probably same bird. Appears to be flying from the Butts Bridge area & heading eastwards through the gardens that back onto the Bridgewater canal.

Whilst having tea in the garden one flew right over us screeching & headed into the nearby 'Hall House Woods', Leigh. 

Didn't think it would be long before they arrived & will surely be commandeering the feeders shortly.

2 over Best One shop near Dolphin chippy, Reddish, approx 4.10pm.

Nipped out for takeaway, 3 over Full Monty kebab shop, Reddish Lane approx 7.50pm towards Gorton Cemetery.

Friday morning.
2 over Reddish works yard being harassed by a Lesser Black-backed Gull.

Sunday morning.
1 in tree opposite junction of Hyde Rd and Mount Rd, Gorton.
Literally a minute later 2 flew over Mount Rd onto Annie Lees Park.

Bank Holiday Monday.

Sat watching 3 on my brothers garden feeders in Dane Bank, Denton, Monday afternoon.
2 more in trees in neighbouring garden.
My 2 yr old son was playing football under the feeders and kept stopping to say Daddy look at the Parakeets. They didnt budge and I managed some decent images.

Shortly after Id gone, more appeared and my bro sent me an iPhone image of 8 individuals together.

 Mark ring the main RSPCA on 0300 1234 999 try first thing in the morning they will come out for it ? failing that if you can get in a box , take it to Greater Manchester Animal Hospital 411 Eccles new road Salford M5 5NN , they are open 24/7 it can just be dropped off there.

Don't know if anyone can help but there's a juvenile Ring neck been sat next to some bird feeders on Jutland Street M1 2WE for a day or so trying to feed from them without much success. I've tried putting fruit out but doesn't seem interested. He doesn't look too good. Does anyone rescue them?
