Pennington Flash and Chat Moss


Also forgot to mention tried counting the gliders and got
17 Swifts (one my favourite and very glad to have them back)
4+ House Martins
Along with Sand Martins and Swallow.

Forget to mention that the 2 scalies I saw, 1 had a riffle and they looked they were up to no good. Shooting Woodpigeons maybe?

A Little Grebe is nesting in a small pool within the peat works car park was told they are planning to build a road over the pool cry

Also 2 scalies who looked like the dingles were sneaking around the woods next to peat pools with an air riffle but wet their pants when a lot of horses came galloping at thembiggrinbiggrin. That capped off a fantastic spring morning
