Goshawk at Turn Moss and Ivy Green

A male Goshawk was first seen, pursued by 5 Carrion Crows, above woodland on the perimiter of Turn Moss Playing Fields, Stretford ( bordering Ivy Green Rd ) shortly before 14.40 ( today 26/03/07). The bird flew towards me, passing within about 30ft at about 20ft height, in the direction of Ivy Green. The hawk was relocated in a large tree on the Ivy Green side of Chorlton brook, alerted by the cacophany of 30+ Crows at 14.45, before being chased off by the crows in the direction of Chorlton Ees and lost to view.

No jesses were seen, nor the presence of a falconer nearby. Is anybody aware of a falconer flying a Goshawk in the area ?
