Don`t worry Geoff, Jimmy saw it this morning on Horrocks`. It is becoming more and more elusive - it hid from Judith when she was doing the WeBS count. The Red-crested Pochard put in an appearance too at the back of Horrocks`.
had a ride up early a.m. to front pool and it was a bit windy,and ian,s covered it today much better than i did, but i did have an oystercatcher and 2 very big gulls (lesser b b i think but it was rough) no smew to be had so i checked turners (had to tie me and scope to fence) and still no smew,maybe it,s gone
