Right place, right time, is more like it Geoff ! I wish I could have seen it fishing instead of just flying by, but I`m grateful for that, nonetheless - there`s many a fine county birder yet to see one !

Here`s the full info.

I was at the back of Ochre Flash facing the fields to the right of Park House Fm. The Osprey appeared from the left just above the treetops from the direction of Bryn Flash. It could possibly have been fishing on here or Horrocks`. It flew steadily Northwestwards towards Goose Green. Time was 09.40.

`Grand Slam` for me - County, Borough & Patch ticks !

Ian 'I'm not yealisting' Woosey had an Osprey over Wigan Flashes at about 10am.
