RE: PENNINGTON FLASH-23.12.06

Thanks once again, John. Ian McK has seen an immature Cormorant with a green ring briefly at Pennington - it will have 3 white letters on, perhaps.  There is an adult at Rumworth (PNA) which was ringed in the Bristol Channel, 2003.  This may be another from the same place.
