In the gull roost there tonight, 16:00hrs (viewed from by the yacht club):


c5000 Black-headed Gulls


over 200 Lesser Black-backed Gulls


over 200 Common Gulls


12 Cormorant, still on the rafts off Horrock's, presumably staying to roost?

Buzzard over Mossley Hall. drk Goosander. 4 Wigeon ( 1 drk ). male Blackcap - near canal @ concrete bridge. Water Rail - again under Rosehip outside Horrocks.2 Snipe. 6+ Goldeneye. 4 Redwing. 20 Cormorant., Bar headed Goose. 10 LBBG`s. Pied Wagtail. numbers of Teal, Shoveler, Gadwall, Tufty`s, GCG`s etc, etc
