RE: Tritax East rail freight development

There is an opportunity to voice a response on their website as part of non statutory consultation until 21st March. The documents including illustrative masterplan are on their website. There doesn't look like much provision for open space or on site mitigation in their proposal. There is a chance to change this hopefully.

Goodbye Corn Buntings, Grey Partridges, Yellow Wagtails, Tree Sparrows, Skylark, and occasional Quail

They've already put in the roads, so I guess this is an opportunity to claim mitigation ?

Consultation on the Tritax East proposed development taking place in Feb and Mar. This will affect local areas of Lowton, Golborne, Newton-le willows and Winwick. This is a large area of farmland being affected in addition to parkside colliery.
