I wondered if you could help us in fighting to protect wildlife rich peatlands in Macclesfield from a massively destructive plan to build 950 houses, retail and roads. It is a campaign that is gaining significant support from conservationists and the community and across the political spectrum. Peatland is vital for biodiversity and climate change action, sequestering more carbon that rainforest.
