Since 2013, we have stayed 6 times at a complex called Mazarron Country Club, near the town of Mazarron in the South of Spain. Our last visit to the area was in the summer if 2020. The villa we stayed there has now been sold, so what follows is a summary of some of the highlights of birds seen in the area, with local place names if possible. Some dates of certain sightings have been added for more sought after species. Also some images at the end. If anyone is visiting this lovely area and needs further information please don't hesitate to contact myself or Vicky.
