Looking at one of the images they tweeted at the time, it did fly over Rossendale Borough. I've put an X on the zoomed in image where I believe it passed into Rossendale airspace. Hope this helps.

Hi
I was wondering if there is more information available on the route of G471 between Bolton and North Yorkshire from April 2021. It looks like it flew over Rossendale. I did contact the Foundation by email but no reply yet.
Good luck with that Sarfraz, Ive asked for info on numerous occasions but had nothing back.
I posted on the Chapel-en-le-frith (Derbyshire) thread other day that Id had a massive Raptor over nearby Doveholes Moors. The bird was drifting further away so never really got a full on ideal view, so I thought Id double check to see if there was one tracked through that area that day but nobody got back to me!

At (edit )11:14am today as I was gardening, in Tottington, Bury,
I heard buzzards alarm calling from very high up above me ,I looked up and noticed some commotion, so ran in my house and grabbed my bins. I saw 3 buzzards harassing a massive bird of prey that dwarfed them all. They were so high up that they were merely silhouettes in my bins, but the bird of prey in question had a wedge shaped tail. I instantly thought, White tailed eagle!
They were heading south East. I'd be interested in seeing if any satellite data is released this week to back up my sighting

Well, not sure how to display the map of this event, but White-Tailed Eagle "G471" flew through the region this afternoon, as recorded by the "Roy Dennis Foundation"
Try @SeaEagleEngland or @ForestryEngland if you understand these things
Apparently, it flew N of Hale (the one N of Runcorn), then Widnes, just E of St Helens, then took a right to fly along the N boundary of Pennington Flash, then NE just E of Bolton and onwards NE
According to the Roy Dennis Foundation a satellite tagged white-tailed eagle flew over the flash at some point today. I'm not sure which way it was flying but it either came in from St Helens direction and headed off to Bolton or vice versa. Seems to have gone over Lightshaw as well.
The Roy Dennis Foundation has tweeted the route taken today by a satellite-tagged White-Tailed Eagle, which passed through GM. Difficult to zoom in to the map, but seems to have gone west to east somewhere near Ashton-in-Makerfield, passing Pennington Flash, veering north somewhere near Hope Carr then up over Bolton, though now in North Yorkshire.
