Yes Colin, you are right. I remembered seeing them, but could not remember the year (I had incorrectly thought it to be 1990 or 91). The county report for 1993 says they roosted from 21st November to 1st December, with 1 Pink-Footed Goose and fed somewhere nearby.

Can anybody confirm, or otherwise, that there were 10 Russian white-fronted geese at Pennington Flash on 27/11/1993? I have a record for them on my database but I can't remember them and I can't find any mention of them. Presumably they were on the spit.
