One hornet this morning on the edge of Sinderland Green Woods SJ735905.

Purple Hairstreak on Dark Lane where it crosses the derelict railway line (about 1 kilometre north of Altrincham Crematorium). I watched it for 20 minutes feeding on the honeydew on Sycamore leaves.
