Walk 10 miles south east of Brecon town centre.

Llangynidr (Lower Lock on Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal) - along Beacons Way - Tor y Foel summit (551 metres) - return via Usk Valley Way and Monmouthshire and Brecon canal.

Brecon Beacons Mountain Centre - Daudraeth Illtyd Nature Reserve - Cefn Llechid - Cwm-Camlais-uchaf - Blencamlais Fach - and return

Cuckoo x 1 (Male - heard and seen)
Redstart x 2 (Male and Female seen feeding chicks in nest inside old hollowed out post at side of stile!)

Wheatear x 8 adults (and 4 juveniles seen) near summit of Sugar Loaf
