Tree Sparrow - 1, in hedge across the road from Broad Oak Fm.

The Waxwings are still present, showing well this morning in excellent light.

Friday 14th April 2017

The 50 or so Waxwings were still present in the area when I left at about 5pm this evening. Plenty of berries left on the tree that they are feeding from. They are tending to visit it when the traffic dies down a little, and then taking flight to a tree across the road as more cars go past. smile

A flock of 20 Waxwings feeding on Cotoneaster in the front garden of a cottage  between Bucklow Avenue and Pavement Lane Mobberley on the B5085 [WA16 7ER] still there at 11:25am today (Thursday) commuting between the cottage and an oak tree opposite.
