I need a little assistance if anyone can help.

On the evening of the AGM 7^th October we had a new member C. Smith this person paid for a single membership but unfortunately didnt fill in a form with all his information, full name, male or female, email address etc., we have tried facebook and asking as many people as we could, do any of you know who this person is?

any help at all would be very much appreciated.
