saw the mammel as I was just leaving the north wast end of reddisher woods, never seen one around here before,didnt get to see tail but it seemed bigger than I would expect a weasel to be.Anybody got thoughts
I do not profess to be an expert, but unfortunately the tail colouring is usually the clincher. There is a fair degree of overlap between large weasels and small stoats.
